A 50 min. class with intermediate to advanced level of instruction. Each class will be different, maintaining a riding course of hills, jumps and moderate interval training, we will work on cadence and heart rate monitoring.

Monday and Wednesday pm classes do 15 minutes of hand weight exercises while riding, in addition to the regular spinning program.

* Remember all levels can take any class. You are in control of your ride.
