All these things are recommended but not required
- Moisture – wicking lightweight clothing.
- Padded biking shorts.
- Water, hydration is key.
- Towel this is something you can’t do without, you will sweat.
- Heart rate monitor, we monitor heart rate levels through out the class.
- Stiff-soled shoes or cycling shoes (be aware we have limited clipless pedals, sign-up early).
