All these things are recommended but not required

  • Moisture – wicking lightweight clothing.
  • Padded biking shorts.
  • Water, hydration is key.
  • Towel this is something you can’t do without, you will sweat.
  • Heart rate monitor, we monitor heart rate levels through out the class.
  • Stiff-soled shoes or cycling shoes (be aware we have limited clipless pedals, sign-up early).
