
I have been spinning for over a decade . . . gulp! I love the depth of this workout. You get the biggest bang for your effort and buck in a 45-60 min. class.
I love motivating the class and feeling the energy in return. The music keeps you charged. During Wisconsin’s bicycling season I enjoy riding and doing triathlons. Indoor cycling is pivotal to my training during the cold snowy months, when I can’t get outside.
Favorite genre’s: Techno Trance, Hip Hop, Classic and Alternative Rock. Favorite song: Right now toss up between Foghat’s “Slow Ride” and the Crystal Method’s “Keep Hope Alive”
