Class Cancellations:
If classes are cancelled due to weather, the cancellation will be posted on Facebook and we will do our best to schedule a make-up class. If you can not make a punch card class, please text 608-963-7547 a minimum of 8 hours before class. If notice is not received within this time frame, your card will be punched. If you are unable to make a monthly session class it is your responsibility to make up that class within the same monthly session, please call/text your instructor with your make up time.
Make-Up Classes:
If you miss a class we highly encourage you to make it up. Please note that make-ups must be made up within the 4 or 5-week session that is currently running. Pumpers can not make-up the missed class in the following months session. If an instructor misses a class there will be a make-up scheduled, if the make-up class can’t be planned, a credit will be given for the next session.
Punch Card Expiration Dates:
8 punch expiration: 2 months
16 punch expiration: 4 months
24 punch expiration: 6 months
Punch cards, monthly sessions and single classes can be purchased online or at the studio. If purchased online please bring a paid receipt with you to redeem.
New members, please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time to allow time to read and sign health release/liability forms & studio rule form before attending the first class.
